Summer Lessons
June-August 2006
suggested teachers
posted 28 May 2006
As in previous years, I will be spending the summer holiday with my fiancee and friends in Melbourne, Australia. I will be out of the States between May 29 and August 20, returning just in time for a new year of studies at the University of Texas at Austin.
I encourage students to keep up their efforts over the summer, and take some summer lessons. Don't put the horn in the closet for two months! To keep you on task, I suggest taking some lessons with one of my colleagues from the UT DMA program:
Rai Morales, DMA Trombone (in progress)
rjm_80@hotmail.com
956.337.8254 (m)
Martin McCain, DMA Trombone (in progress)
bassman781@aol.com
512.965.3524 (m)
Both Rai and Martin will be assisting with the
Longhorn Music Camps at UT. I strongly suggest taking advantage - give them a call and set up lessons as you are able. Most important ... keep practicing!
