No - more, less

This reminds me of that special art in life: saying no to opportunities:

Do not undertake anything beyond your capacity and at the same time do not harbor the wish to do less than you can. One who takes up tasks beyond his powers is proud and attached. One who does less than he can is a thief.

At some point, I have to learn when "Enough is enough". Not in a negative, scolding tone, but in a relaxed or wise voice. Like in the Zen statement ... something about "by not being over-full we can be truly full," by not doing too much we can do our best.

Or something like that.
