Years ago now, I signed up for the Franklin Covey Quote-of-the-Week. It shows up in my email on Mondays (EST USA). There is also a Quote-of-the-Day (visit the site daily), but that's a bit overkill for me.

Although I don't like all the quotes that come through, there are some that really hit the mark. Johnson's did that for me this morning.
