Our Australian wedding reception will be an intimate function for family and close friends. The dinner will be a three-course meal with pre-dinner drinks. We [still] hope to arrange another reception in Missouri, possibly in 2007.

Tea Ceremony, speeches, and dancing
The Bride & Groom kindly request that you refrain from dancing until the meal has concluded. (Meet the Musicians.)
The arrival of the wedding party will include leis in proper Hawaiian style (Groom's family). Danette Sanders, sister of the Groom, will place floral leis on each member of the wedding party.
All the guests are invited to gather for the Tea Ceremony following the main course. Henry Louey, brother of the Bride, will make a short description of this Chinese tradition. The Love Tea Balls for the Tea Ceremony were imported from China by

The happy couple will likely depart ~10:30 pm. The musicians will finish their last set around 10:45pm. You are welcome to stay and warm the hall until midnight, but you risk being recruited to help clean up!For those that would like to enjoy good company into the later hours, feel free to visit the reception building. It includes a full restaurant, separate bar, pool table, and comfy seating.
